Quick help needed

My wife got RFE for PHOTOS on EAD...
We are planning to reply for RFE with new photos.
So i need to post the RFE(original)document with photos to the address mentioned bottom of the RFE document??
Is iam right??
Address like below:

INS
Vermount service center,
75 lower welden street,
ST.ALBANS,VT 05479-0001.
