Hi Sri Vidya,
  Based on the answer you gave in the discussion " ND-12/00;EB2-Still waiting ... I-140 CP and I-485-AOS"; i need some clarification:
 1. what is your Receipt Date for I-485?
 2. Also this is the first you contacted Chennai Consulate OR had you contacted them earlier with e-mail or through letter?
 3. Which number did you call at chennai?

Your Input will be greatly appreciated.

Yeah this was the first time we called chennai . We called 91-44-811-2060 at around 10:30 PM CST . We gave our 1-140 receipt number , after verfiying the name and details, the officer confirmed that file has been sent to vermont.
