Hello here is how it goes the timeline:
Married to a USC on 09/19/08
1. Sent Forms I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-864 to chicago on december 31st 2008
2. Received I-797 for all the forms sent on the 31st, with notice date 01/06/09
3. Did fingerprints on 01/28/09
4. Around the first of february received RFE(I-485)
5. Sent the envidence around /02/16/09
after all this i havent received anything else, i called and a lady said that she was making a request of whats going with the case because is out of the processing time. I did an appoiment with infopass for the 28th of this month, what should i expect on this appoiment, what should i take to this appoiment, what can i do? Any help would be appreciated.
