I have two GC cases. One is EB1 and I-485 case has been stuck in the security check for nearly 1.5 years. My labor certificate (RIR) was approved recently and my company is going to either file I-140/I485 current filing or Consular Processing (CP) for me. .

2. Will RIR case impact my EB1 case if we file?
