Q14. Manner of last entery (vistor, Student, etc)
- what should be the answer for a dependent who entered into USA using her AP. She has EAD also but never used.

Q1. On form it Fee say $120, web site says $175. What should we pay?

Q2. Check to be "payable to" ? BCIS or INS?

then what should be the anser for 15. Current Immigration Status?

Current Immigration Status: Adjustment of Status Pending
