Hi everyone,
I have questions about applying for GC. We were approved an asylum status in august 19, 2008 and we travel with the RTD in may, 2009 for three months. When we returned to US in august we want to apply for GC and noticed that we have to psychically present in US for one year after receiving asylum status. So our question if we do apply for GC right now we gonna get denied? Or we need to wait another year?
