Questions with regards to my options with I-140

I have a few questions with regards to my case and my options.

I am currently employed by Company A in Florida. I opted for CP and my lawyer filed I-140 at the Texas Center so it should be ready end of this year or beginning of next year (hopefully). I also have an I-129 pending (H1-b renewal) at Texas.

Now, I have an offer from Company B in Virginia which I am considering. My relationship with Company A is very good. Given that a green card is for future employment, could I still continue to pursue my green card application without interrupting the current process or do I have to re-file any documents and possibly loose my pending application? Company A is willing to provide employment offer at the right time to use at the consulate.

Does anybody have any similar experiences?

Regards.

Zops,

In CP, they will ask you about your current paystubs and if they are not from Company A from which you filed your GC, it can cause an issue. Also AC 21 is supported only for I-485 and not for CP. Contact your lawyer about it.

Thanks
