I just checked TSC AVM last night... My wife\'s EAD has been approved but for me AVM message was "... A written decision has been mailed ..." Doesn\'t it mean a denial or intent to deny??? What could be the causes for denial... Never received RFE...

GKING, JIM or others can you throw some light... I am scared to death.. EAD is the most important piece of document in this soft economy...

Thanks for the reply Gking.. No I have a lawyer.. And a pretty good lawyer.. No .. I never misused EAD.. I started working on PT.. Then filed H-1 from the same company.. And then transferred H-1 to the sponsoring company.. Things seem to be straight....

But don\'t know.. Did not file signature card .. could that be an issue.. If the pictures were wrong, they might have issued RFE, as they did for AP.. But that\'s not true either..

Anyway.. lets see what I get from there..
