My name is nurse Amy. I am trying to file I-140 &I-485 by myself. I know nurses don't need a Labor Certification. Should I still need fill ETA-750?
Another question: What does NAICS code means on I-485 form? and Where I can get DOL/ETA case number? Maybe I don't need a DOL case number because I don't need Labor Certification.
This is what I am planning to do:
My employer signs: ETA-750 A.B . I-140. Posted notice to the worker union.
I file: I-485 and I-765
