I have couple of questions regarding NIW.
1- I filed for NIW two and half years ago when i started my J1 waiver, my question is , if i need name check , will that be done now or they wait till five years are over before doing anything like name check. I already have done medical and finger printing.
2- For employer sponsored GC, you have to stay with smae employer for 2-3 months after getting the green card, is it the same with NIW or can you change employer when your five years are over and get GC whenever?
