Questions regarding my application

N-400 Mailed to NSC: 04/14/2005

I calculated 90 days before, based on 07/10/2005 and its comming to 04/12/2005. So I attached a covering letter and explained why I am submitting before.

Also I made check payable to USCIS, and not sure if its ok.
Could any one let me know if I I made any mistakes.

Watch for your check being cashed. The payee that you've used is not what is on the latest fee payment information in the Guide to Naturalization (see page 59).

It is really not necessary to explain why you are applying 90 days before the 5 years as a USPR. It is part of the eligibility criteria defined by the USCIS.
