I am posting this question for a colleague of mine who is currently on H1. The scenario is that his 140 was just approved (2004 filing Jan) and is currently waiting for his 485 and advance parole(renewal).
He met this gal on B1 and wants to marry her asap
1. what are the this in terms her status in Us? Would CIS look kindly in terms of the situation. The Gal has been to us before on B1 (3 times) .
2. Can he apply for change of status in Us to h4 and add her to his 485?
3. What are the possible problems they might face.
I hope you guys can give an input.
