Hi all, I have to apply the H1B by myself. I am currently on F1 OPT and am appling for the H1B. Can someone tell me how should I answer this question:
In part 4, question 4:
Are applications for replacement/initial I-94s being filed with this petition?
Yes or No?
Another question is my current appointment is 2 years with possible 2 year renewal. Should I apply the H1B for 2-year valid period or Can I apply for 3-year valid time directly? If so, what document do I need?
