My PERM LC was approved recently for EB2. I am planning to file concurrent i140/i485 ASAP. I have a couple of questions:
1) I will be travelling outside the country after filing AOS. I have my H1 approval but it is not stamped in the passport as yet. I will get it stamped before returning to the US. Do I still need to apply for Advance Parole. Or is stamped H1B enough to renter?
2) I will be filing my future wife's AOS as a dependent about 6 months after filing mine. Is there a potential problem in doing that? Does that reduce her chances of getting AOS approved? Or is it always advisable to wait and file primary and dependent AOSs together?
3) Can my wife continue on her F1 student visa after her AOS is filed?
