Appreciate your inputs on following questions:
DS-3032
1. NVC currently has my attorney (who filed my I-140) on file.
2. We (my spouse and I) have decided to do CP filing on our own.
3. Sent out payment for fee bills to St. Luis on 06/06/03.
4. As attorney's office agreed to forward NVC communications (including Pkt-3) to us, and we are moving our apartement around July 12th '03, haven't sent DS-3032 to NVC yet.
Wondering on what are possible problems with NVC for not sending DS-3032 to NVC?
DS-230 part-1
1. We have a pending I-485, since April '02, based on my I-140 from my employer.
2. This CP will be based on my wife's I-140, from her employer.
3. We have AP from pending I-485 but never used it to re-enter US, always used our H visas (which doesn't have any A#).
4. In item # 25 in form DS-230 part-1, it is required to provide "List dates of all previous visits to or residence in the
United States (if never, write “never”) Give type of visa status, if known. Give INS “A” number if any."
Wondering what should we answer for A# at item # 25? As we have enter on H visas and A# that we have is for pending I-485.
