At the current rate of adjudigation of concurrrent 140/485 applications. How much do you guys think NSC will be able to clear before say Jan 15 ( because of the visa number retrogation it is the deadline for processing 140/485 concurrent applications)....currently it seems like they are approving sept /oct / nov 2003 RD

Does Fujie ohato memo die coming Jan 2005 ( since we dont know when they are going to resume processing 485 applications
Does any one know when it is likely to start again ???

Does Fujie Ohato memo have a future ??? ( considering all these circumstances)

I need answers.....This is very depressing..makes people feel if its going to be worth after going through all this.....Experts....please comment

Hi,
From postings that I have seen earlier there is a good chance that Ohata memo may stay as-is,unfornuately its 140 processing that will most likely stop ,somebody had given eg of 130 .USCIS had stopped 130 processing because they could not process 485's.This is pretty depressing with no clear answers.So lets wait and see.
