Hi: Got a couple of questions about traffic tickets. Searched the site and could not find answer.
1. Was anybody asked anything about his/her common traffic ticket (No DUI, No Arrests) and asked to show anything to the INS officer when interviewed? What did you need to show? If the ticket was too old (say more than 10 year old) to get any official document about the result from state or local govenment, what can you do? What will happen? Will your application be denied?
2. If one can not remember the date and/or city for the ticket (say a very old ticket in other state), how should he list the ticket on the N400 form that asks for date (month/date/year) and the City info for the ticket?
Does anybody have any experience on these issue? Any advise will be very appreciated. Thanks
