Questions on self filing I-131 (Advanced Parole) form - Please help

I am filing a I-131 for self and spouse and i have following questions:



1). Part 1 - Point 3. "Class of Admission" : What should i put in there ? Is it H1-B ?
[ Note: I am using H1-B and my wife is working on EAD ]


2). Part 2 - Option d ?? which is "I am applying for an advance parole document to allow me to return to the United States after temporary foreign travel."

3). Part 3 - Point 1 . Date of Intended Departure
I don't know any specific dates yet

4). Part 3 - Point 2 . Expected Length of Trip I don't know any specific dates and duration yet

5). Part 3 - Point 4. Have you ever before been issued a reentry permit or refugee travel? This should be "NO" as previously I was issed "Advanced Parole" document

6). Part 4 - Purpose of trip. If you need more room, continue on a seperate sheet(s) of paper. Should i just say "Meet parents and extended family in India" ?


7). Leave - Part 5. Complete only if applying for a reentry permit.
and Part 6. Complete only if applying for a refugee travel document.

8). Leave - Part 9. Signature of person preparing form, if other than the applicant. (Sign below.)

Here are answers ( directly from copy of my i-131 filling, which got approved in 4 weeks 07/07)

H1B (Current status in US) [I wrote AOS pending because I don’t have valid h1 anymore]
For your spouse – AOS pending (as she is using EAD, hence her h4 is invalidated)

YES

05/10/2008 (any date would do, AP are generally issued for 1 year)
