Questions on RFE and AVM

hi, there,

need your info regarding RFE and AVM changes on FP
1: i got RFE request on full month paystub submission. is this normal?
2: i did FP in 9/18. but there is no AVM change at all. what shall i do?

here is my case info: eb2,rir, rd=3/20, nd=4/17, ead and ap in july, fp = 9/18, and case # is wac-01-160-xxxxx.
