Questions on Re-Entry Permit...

Hi,

Can someone asnswer to the following....in the context of Re-Entry permit....

01. Sample employer/employment letter from employer giving a reason for me to apply for re-entry permit....

02. To whom should i address that letter...(INS?...)

03. Can i give US Friends/relatives address so that they can receive re-entry permit on my behalf and send it to me abroad....

04. Can i travel to US in between after applying for re-entry permit?

05. What happens if i come back to US and stay forever after applying for re-entry permit within 6 months from now? Does it get cancelled automatically...?

03: You can opt to receive it at an overseas consulate by choosing that option on the form.
04. Yes, but if you have not received permit in 11 months, it is advisable to enter US prior to 12 months, just in case your re-entry permit is denied. Your green card is not valid for seeking entry purposes.
05: No effect at all.
