I have a question regarding my situation.
I am permanent resident since Dec. 2006 and would wanted to work in middle east as a contract worker with every four months on leave for 15 days. Basically 3 times a year I will be home for a vacation on home country.
Do I still need to file a I-131 and biometric? As I understand if you will be away for more than six months, that's the requirement.
Needs your advice.
