Questions on PR Card, PR Card validity

Hi

I landed in Canada last year.At that time, I applied for my PR Card & my SIN card.I cam back to the US after that & now I have have recieved my PR & SIN cards which were delivered at friend's place in Canada

1) MY SIN card & the PR card have mis-spelled my name.When & how do I get this fixed ?Do I have to go & stay for getting this done ?

I don't intend to go & stay in Canada immediately.So can I even get all correction done only when I go there ?

2) MY PR Card had validity till Aug 2008.As per the 5 year rule, I understand that I can go & stay there in my last 2 years to maintain my PR Card status or Can I go in my last say 1 year & then can I continue to stay ?Is there any way for me to maintain my status in this situation ?

Would apppreciate if I could some specific reply

u need to stay 730 days out of a 5 yr period to maintain your residency .

How you complete these 730 days is up to you
