Questions on Passport Stamping

Hi,

I went for PP stamping (I-551) on Mar 29th.

1. How long does it take in VSC to process physical GC card and send it to us?
2. I am planning to change my apartment on April 20. Should I have to wait till moving to new apartment or can I call them now and inform about Address change?
3. Currently there is no status change in my application. Does it mean that USCIS has not yet ordered card for me and can I call them anytime before the status changes on address change?
4. Finally, is there any way to inform Postal office to know about my situation because my friend told me that USPS does not deliver INS related docs even if we give change of address notification to them.

Any advise is greatly appreciated.

because you are very close to moving out you may want to let them know now

we got ours approved march 7 and we expect the card to come sometime in april
