Questions on N-400

OK... I am probably going to get an attorney to help me with my application, but I was wondering if any of you guys can tell me if answering Yes to any of these quesitons is going to affect my chances?

1. have you ever claimed to be a U.S. citizen. (I used to think I was a citizen, and would indicate I was when I started employement at my new jobs while I was in high school.)

2. Have you ever registered to vote? (I think I did once, when I renewed my license. However, I never voted.)

Definitely you need an attorney. Among others, these two reasons might be the ground for disqualification of Naturalization.
