Questions on LC priority date!

Hello All,

I have few questions on LC priority date:

The priority date as per my Labor Certificate (Illinois): 08/13/2003
Dallas Backlog Elimination Center, Date of acceptance for processing: 12/24/2003
The priority date as per my I140 (I-797C): 12/24/2003

So my question is what is my priority date for filing I-485?
If it is 12/24/2003, is there any why I can get my priority date as per my original labor certificate (that filed with state of Illinois), i.e. 08/13/2003?
What are the options available for me and any suggestions are appreciated.

Which category are you in EB1/2/3???

Generally speaking, I have seen in these forums that if there is a genuine mistake on USCIS part in printing wrong Priority Date (PD), then your attorney can document the error and send report it to USCIS. And they will update your PD.

Lot of people here had the problem of getting wrong PD on their I-140 approval notices, and they got it changed after reporting the issue to USICS.
