Questions on Job Change/I140 for Operator, Gurus , Silly Man et al..

Hi Fellows,

Please pardon my ignorance and if you could help answer the following questions It would be very kind of you all.

a) I am looking to change my current employer . I have been waiting on my AOS for 2 years now. My I-140 was approved in 2002. Do I need to file AC21 to change jobs.

b) Also if I change Jobs , Can I file my EAD right away after changing the job as my current one is valid until Aug

c) What do I need to do in terms of providing information to BCIS about change of Job.

I'm not Operator, Gurus, Silly Man. I'm just Itscoming and it's definitely coming.

a) there is no such thing as "filing AC21"
b) you should apply for a renewal EAD six months before your original EAD expires
c) nothing
 
Thanks very much itsComing. I believe you are one of the Guru's. I have very little knowledge in the process matter as I had left it to the lawyers.
