Questions on Interview preparation.

Hi,

I got an Interview letter from Cherry Hill, NJ for I-485. (Local Office).

I have few questions, regarding the interview letter, Gurus Please post your experience.

1. EMPLOYMENT BASED CASES: APPROVAL NOTICES; ETA-750; CURRENT EMPLOYMENT LETTER W/RATE OF PAY/HOUR PER WEEK; I-134 FOR DEPENDANTS

Reagrding I-134 My atorney said that I-134 is not required.
Is it correct or I need to have the I-134 from.(my case is EB)

2. Affidavits of Support (Form I-864 . If the Affidavit of Support that was issued by you or your sponsor does not meet the minimum requirement as established by the poverty guidelines, an Affidavit of Support from a joint sponsor will be needed.

Reagrding I-864 My atorney said that I-864 is not required.
Is it correct or I need to have the I-864 from. .(my case is EB)

I got the similar letter for interview for next month at cherry hill. So do you prepair the other document,such as joint account,credit card and so on? could you share information with me?
