I have a few questions about filing for my husband. I am an US citizen, he obviously is not
, we are married, and have been for almost 2 years. Would it be wise to wait til the 2 years (March of 07) is come so we do not have to file the forms I-751?
Also, we are currently living in the Cayman Islands. Would I and/or he have to go back to the states to apply for his green card or can I have the number come to my address here? (There is no US embassy/consulate in the Cayman Islands that I am aware of)
Last question
What is the next step in obtaining his green card, after we receive his visa number? And will we have to go to the states to proceed with the next steps?
