I have 4 years Bachelors degree ( non IT) in India.Having 5 years experience in IT(1.5 yrs in India ,3.5 yrs in US). 3.5 yrs in US (2 yrs in company 'A' and 1.5 in the current company 'B'). The current company B is filing my GC. Will I be considered under EB2? Also , Will there be any problem if my Indian company does not exist now? Please help me out.
