I am on the H1B with full-time employment. One of the consulting firms is planning to file concurrent H1B to work part time remotely. I have couple of questions on the concurrent H1B petition.
1. My full-time H1B is valid for another two years. When the concurrent H1B is filed with USCIS, Will it be approved for 3 years or Will be approved Until full-time of H1B validity period only?
2. This is part time job, So probably i will be working for this employer on need basis. Is it Ok if I don't have payroll for certain months from the concurrent H1B employer? Can the employer pay on 1099 instead of W2 Payroll?
3. How difficult to get concurrent H1B approval overall?
