Questions on change job after 180 days?

I have some questions on changing job after 485 pending 180 days:

(1) I heard AC-21, is it a kind of transfering 485? Do I need to apply and file AC-21 with INS? Or just wait for the RFE?

(2) Does new company need to transfer 485 from previous company, just like h1b transfer?

(3) How to renew EAD and AP got from previous company's 485?

1. What you heard is wrong. There is no concept of "transferring".You can either notify INS right away or wait for an RFE. Look at the AC-21 related discussion board where this topic has been beaten to death

2. Again, there is no concept of "transfer"

3. EAD/AP is not tied to a company unlike H1-B, so switching jobs has nothing to do with your EAD/AP renewal.

Check the 485 portability thread for information on AC21 and AOS processing, you look like you need a AC21 primer course, and this is not the right place for it.
