questions on AC21

Hello Everyone,

I have my labor and I-140 approved and I-485 pending for 15 months. My present company attorney is representing my case. I am planning to switch job and have a couple of questions.

1) I would like to inform USCIS about my job change using AC21. Since I won't have my present company attorney once I resign, can I represent myselfs (without any attorney). If yes, how do I inform USCIS that I am going to represent myself ?

2) The salary mantioned on my approved labor is say 60K/Yr. Does it include benefits? or is it the salary that needs to be paid in addition to benefits.

3) If the new company gives me a offer of 50K/Yr and other benefits, which altogether is 65K, will that be OK?

I appreciate any help.

Thanks,

Seek a Good Lawyer

In my honest opinion you should first seek a good Lawyer for example Mr. Khanna and get his / her advice.

Secondly Ask your company lawyer if he is willing to support your case after you leave the company. If not you should first choose a new lawyer and then do the switch. Remember to take all the documents from your present lawyer.

It is like walking on a sword edge, when you are trying to handle your own case. Besides bothering about your Job, Family ( if you have one) and daily stresses, you would need to worry about GC now on your own.

I would go for a pro. Not willing to take any chances. But hey its just my opinion. :D

Does anyone know how much Rajiv S. Khanna charge for AC21 case?

Also, how risky is it to join a company of size 45 employees and revenue of around 4 millions (growing company)?
