Questions on 1st EAD

I did not apply for EAD while submiting my 485 since I have H1. Now I'm going to apply for my 1st EAD under my I-485 pending. I have done
1st FingerPrint and 2nd Biometric code 2.
1. Do I need to do another fingerprint for my EAD?
2. If yes, when do I do the fingerprint, before application or wait for
CIS FP notice?
