Dear all,
1. I entered as F-2, changed to F-1, then H-1, now 485 pending, then what should I put in the box of "Class of admission" in the I-131 form?
2. As to "a ducument issued by CIS showing your present status", would it be the approval of H-1, or 485 notice?
3. Do I need to include all the documents showing my legal status since I came here, i.e., I-20s for F-2 and F-1, EAD card for OPT, approval for H-1, I-94, etc.?
4. Is it necessary to include a copy of the I-140 approval notice, and or my spouse's 485 approval notice? (mine is stuck in name check, no idea how long it will take, so have to apply for AP).
