I am getting ready to file I-485 for my wife. I have few questions :
a) Where I need to send my wife's I-485 application ? We live in NY and I filed my I-485 long back at Vermont Service Center. Recently my case was transferred to Texas Service Center. Shall I file my wife's application at Vermont or Texas ??. In form I-485, it says that all employment based application should be filed at Nebraska. I am so confused. Please help.
b) In form I-485, It asks to list your husband details and then there is a question "Applying with you". What shall we put here.. Yes/No.
