Questions for OCI application

I have printed out the part A and B of the application. I have the following questions : 1. I have taken photographs which are US passport size since I could not locate a single store that takes photographs as required for OCI. Will those photographs be accepted ? 2. How many photographs need to be submitted 3. The requirement says that part A needs to be submitted in duplicate. Since there was only 1 print out, is photocopy ok?

Please post your query on the tracker thread for the consulate/embassy you are applying to - answer to 2 varies based on that. For 1 and 3, the answer is 'yes.'
 
I had printed out the Application form

in Nov'08 but could not send it to the consulate. Can I use the same form and send it now or do I have to print out new application?
