New to this family based immigration thing and have a few questions:
1. Is there a link which explains the step by step process on how a USC can sponsor a spouse?
2. Does the USC have to show proof that he/she can financially support the spouse. The reason I ask is because I have been employed for about 10 years full time in the US, but would like to sponsor my spouse when I become a USC in june 2009. However, I may have the opportunity to pursue an MBA program starting Fall 2007. Of course, this means, I will have negligible income in 2008. Would this be an issue?
