Questions for a Marriage Based Green Card

Hi,

I just got married a few weeks ago and my husband and I are starting the process of filing all the papers to get his green card. I have a few questions:
-I am sponsoring him for the Affidavit of Support. Do I need to provide my tax returns or the tax transcripts, or BOTH?
-Also, we don't currently live together, at least on paper. Before we married I was living with a friend and I have finally found someone to take over my portion of the lease. My husband and I are moving into together in a new apartment come October 11th. However, due to my bad credit history, the leasing office could not put my name on the lease. Just my husband's. I do have a letter from the leasing office stating that, will me not being the lease affect anything?
-Also, we plan on mailing all our forms and documents on October 8th, before we move. Should we put down our current addresses on all the forms? Or our new address?
-And lastly, when mailing the checks for the filing fees, can we write one check for all the forms, or do we need to separate them?

Thanks in advance!

Provide tax transcripts or tax returns, not both. They prefer transcripts.

File the paperwork using the new apartment's address, because address changes during the process can be problematic. But don't file on the 8th unless the lease begins on or before the 8th. Wait the 3 extra days until the 11th, then file.

Preferably write separate checks for the different forms. That way if one has a problem, the whole package is not rejected. Note that since you are filing concurrently, you do not pay any fees for the i-765

Hi,
-And lastly, when mailing the checks for the filing fees, can we write one check for all the forms, or do we need to separate them?
