1. Both my wife and I have the A#s which were for OPT (Optional
Practice Training) as F1 students. When we enter the A#s, do we have to
indicate this A# was for OPT or just enter the A#?
2. In Form 485, there is an item "Current Occupation", does my daughter
leave this blank since she is now 15 years old in high school without
occupation?
3. Also in Form 485, There is a question listed below.
" Have you ever before applied for permanent resident status in the
U.S.?"
My wife has applied for I-140 for immigration worker under NIW and got
denied 2 years ago, but she has never applied for I-485 for permanent
residence status.
Does she need to choose "Yes" or "No" for this qustion?
