questions being on ead with i 140/i 485 pending

both i 140/ i 485 are still pending ....I got my ead card.
I have transferred from h1b visa to ead.iam still working with the same employer.

1.is the (federal/state tax) less for ead compared to h1b visa ?

2.do i get better pay rate on ead ?

3.can i apply for more jobs on ead compared to h1b visa ?

4.should i still go for stamping for h1b visa or should i just travel using ead card and advanced parole...?

5.what are the other pros and cons if i start a company on ead and being on ead ?

Answers below:
1. No, the income tax depends on the total income and not upon your visa status.
2. It depends... the pay rate is determined by your worth to the company and the amount you negotiated.
3. If you want to change your employer under AC21 then your new job should be same or similar to the existing H-1B job. Other than the principal job, you can work on additional job on EAD - no restrictions here.
4. Do you want to maintain H-1B status? Only then it makes sense to go for H-1B stamping. Otherwise use AP to re-enter U.S.
5. Not sure about this.
