After being on O-1 visa, I got GC on a similar category - employer didn't sponsor my GC.
After getting GC, I tried starting Incs - performed some consulting jobs related to my field - then went to biz school.
I have obeyed the laws, filed tax returns...
I just graduated and am looking for a job - is there anything I should be concerned about applying for Citizenship?
What are the forms to be completed and how much does it cost (we are a couple) and how long will it take? Also, how long should elapse since getting GC, before I can apply?
They did FP & Biometrics for my GC - will these be repeated?
Does speeding ticket (driving) is to be acknowledged in the N-400?
San Jose, CA would be my INS office.
