Questions Again !

So last weekend I finally pulled all my papers out and calculated the days I was out of USA ever since I first entered here. First trip lasted 40 days to Desh and it was on F-1 visa. After getting GC visited Desh again and it was for about 21 days. Again visited Desh when there was a death in family (for 13 days) and then one weekend trip in this year's August to Cananda. The better half visited Desh just once (for about 3 months) after getting GC (both of us got the same year, date, day and time) :-)

so the questions now are:

#1 Should I wait for the days I spent outside usa after getting GC before I apply for N400? (My guess is NO).

#2 Do I have to quote the time outside USA when I was on F-1? My guess is NO because N400 asks trips outside usa for last 5 years only.

#3 Should better half wait for 3 months before applying for N400?
(again my guess is NO)

#4 The traffic ticket in Alabama was paid for and they wrote a letter on plain paper (that can be easily printed from any computer and has no seal or letter head but gave a ticket number and asked to call so and so number if any questions). Is this OK? I have the paid slip and copy of the ticket too with me.
I think this is fairly sufficient.

Any ideas friends? TIA.
