Questions after I485 approval e-mail

Hi,
I received an e-mail today from USCIS on my I485 application saying "This case has been approved. On April 13, 2006, an approval notice was mailed. If 30 days,....To update,...".

I have done my Finger Pringting on March 25th 2005, The code type is 3.
My question is: what would happen next:
-Will the approval notice come to me or to the lawyer? (cause the I140 notice went only to the lawyer)
-Am I getting the approval mail and I should take and go to stamp my passport?
-Am I getting the actual green card directly?

In the last days I got RFE for AP, and I answered it, what would happen to that?

This forum is for sharing the information not for just clarifying your doubts. When you have your 485 approved why don't you share your information like Country/Category/PD etc which will help otheres who are in similar situation.

You as well as your lawyer will receive the approval letters. However the original will be sent to your lawyer. What you are going to receive is a copy.

-Am I getting the approval mail and I should take and go to stamp my passport?
-Am I getting the actual green card directly?

Yes.. You will be getting your Green card directly. Nowadays GC is sent within a week, maximum it might take 2 weeks. If you are planning to travel outside USA within these 2 weeks, you can get it stamped in your passport by taking an infopass appointment .

I received the plastic card yesterday, 1 week after the approval notice. It was a relief and I hope everybody who has been waiting for his/her card will get it soon!

I also received after the GC, e-mails on the status of EAD and AP applications I did before the approval. Shouldn't these applications be stopped after AOS? Are they handled at a different place that TSC can't figure that out themselves. Or do you think I should notify TSC that I don't need these docs anymore.
