questions after getting Green Cards

My parents just got the green card. A few questions...

1) previous they had ITIN for tax filing purpose, now they have GC, how can they apply SSN?
2) if they live with me and don't have any income, can I still claim them as dependents in my tax return?
3) is there any benefit such as medical care etc that they can apply?

1) Yes, have them go to nearest Social Security Administration office and fill out SS-5. Green card is required for verification. They will get new SSN.

2) If you include them in your tax return their foreign income will get added to your income.
3) Not eligible to apply for Medicare until they spend 5 years in US as permanent residents (then they can apply to buy Medicare)
