Questions after FP done, Please response

My FP was done two weeks ago in local INS office, however, the online message has not been changed (still indicating the FP notafication was sent).

Does anyone know how long the online message should be renewed (shown FP was received ....) after FP was done ? Where can I find the telphone number to call FBI to confirm if the FP has been sent to INS?

My case was transfered from TSC to VSC, as I received the FP notafication from VSC last moth. I wonder if this does affect the quick response from the online message since I have TSC case number.

I appreciate for your any experience.
 
I gave my 2nd FP on 5/28/2003. Message plays same old tape "FP received on 1/24/2002...." Its more then 4 weeks. I think BCIS is doing background check.

Dont worry, there are many people like you and me. Hope it will end soon.
