Questions abt AC21

Guys . I am thinking abt changing jobs and need the following info.
1. When I apply for a job , I am going to say that I have EAD .should i tell them that i am using AC21 etc. i mean will it confuse the employer because he might be looking for someone with no sponsorship issues.
2. I talked to a lawyer and she said that as long as ur job nature is similar which will be since i will continue working in IT, u are fine with AC21. Now should i file FOIA then to have a look at my ETA750A or just forget it.
Pls give ur inputs. I personally feel that when i say i have EAD and say NO H1B needed, i can get some offers but then when i explain AC21 i might end up confusing them.... Thats my concern...

I am in a similar situation. i am telling potential employers that I am going to use EAD. I intend to discuss the AC21 issue only with the lawyers. HR might just get confused. I believe that it is something even you could file by just getting an EVL from your new employer. Hopefully my direction is right, but I have no choice either.
