Questions about seperate filing of (I-140/I-485)

Difference between Concurrent Filing and seperate filing of (I-140/I-485)

Could somebody explain me,
1)How concurrent filing and seperate filing of (I-140/I-485) works.
2)What are the steps taken by service centers to process these kind of cases
3)What is the duration for getting I-140 approved
and will seperate filing of I-140 be impacted by Ohato's memo.
4) At what stage of I-140 we can file for I-485, should it be filed after I-140 is approved or can it be filed when I-140 is pending.
5) will I-140 wait for I-485 adjudication if I-485 is filed while I-140 is pending.

I really have no clue, So somebody please explain me, especially those who have filed I-140 and I-485 seperately, very recently.

in Concurrent filing both 140 and 485 reviewed together and in separate filing one after the other
