Questions about Physical Exam for I-485.

What is the cost of following items:
1. physical exam including TB test and blood test.
2. MMR
3. TD
4. chicken pox.

What I heard from a doctor in San Jose and the Health Center of Santa Clara county is
1. $90
2. $75
3. $55
4. $100

Are these normal?

Shop around. Usually not only prices do vary, but also available appointment times, and time it takes to complete tests.
 
I went to some state dept santa clara medical center near Fairoaks/el camino for vaccines. They charge very less since they are state sponsored. They took $15 for MMR but you need your doctor's prescription. My INS doctor told me to go there since it was cheap.
 
I got my vaccinations and chest x-ray paid for by my insurance company. Had to call my doctor and tell him I need vaccinations since I din't have them. Took care of the major chunk of the pie. Shop around.
