Questions about NIW, Asylum removal, and O1 visa

Hi,

Background:
I filed my NIW in 2019. During the pandemic in 2020, I suddenly became a political victim and filed Asylum application. The lawyer I had just want to take the asylum case, and fail to tell me that my previous NIW application will be suspended by this asylum case.
Even worse, my asylum case was refer to immigration court with master hearing in May.
My employer is willing to sponsor me H1-B or O1 visa, or, at the worst case, relocate me to Canada.

Question:
1. Since my asylum application has reach a final decision, will USCIS restart my NIW application? Or should issue an EB1A for faster response?
2. If the Judge gave unfavorable decision, could I stay in US using H1-B or O1 visa? Do I need to go abroad to activate the visa?
3. The H1-B visa can start only after Aug, is there possibility that we might push my individual hearing to Aug or Sep to meet the schedule?

I contacted several lawyers. Many of them are specialized in removal or NIW/O1. Few of them can give me somewhat cross field answers. Would appreciate for any suggestion or referral to a suitable lawyer.
Thanks!
