I am still a bit at loss about the lawsuit even after reading the very informative thread. Here are a few qucik Qs if anyone can help:
1. do i list both me and my spouse as the paintiffs in the Mandamus? and in the body of the Mandamus, is it sufficient just to refer to my spouse as the primary beneficiary?
2. i am reading a draft from a friend. they had numerous attempts to contact USCIS, congressman, etc to help which they listed (so many of them! ^_^) in the Mandumus. however, i only called USCIS twice (i don't even remember the date), and never contacted any congressman/senator. does that make my case weaker?
i may have more later. if anyone thinks there is a better place for me to ask questions related to lawsuit, please kindly point me to the right place.
3. is phone the only way the court contact me? do i need to leave my fax on all the time? and is it okay to leave a yahoo address as opposed to my professional email address? (i suppose these are stupid questions, but as long as i am on the mood to ask quesitons ^_^)
